Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

JJP Solutions LLC understands that plans may change. This policy explains how cancellations and rescheduling requests are handled.

1. Confirmation

Appointments are confirmed only after direct communication via phone, text, or email.

​

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel 48+ hours before your move → No fee

  • Cancel less than 24 hours before → Cancellation fee may apply

 

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Reschedule 48+ hours before → No fee

  • Less than 24 hours → Rescheduling fee may apply

 

4. No-Show Policy

If the crew arrives and the customer is unavailable, a no-show fee may apply.

 

5. Exceptions

Fees may be waived for:

  • Severe weather

  • Emergencies

  • Unsafe conditions
